How we handle monthly gifts
- If a payment fails, we retry for up to two weeks, then stop the gift instead of chasing you.
- Card changes open a secure page from our payment processor. We never see your card number.
- Some cards issued outside the US can't be charged every month. In India, for example, monthly payments need an e-mandate from your bank. One-time gifts work best there.

Yes. You can pause a monthly gift for one, two or three months. Nothing is charged while it is paused.
