The Medical Bill is a medical debt relief organization.
The Medical Bill, Inc. is incorporated. Our federal tax-exempt status is not confirmed yet, so gifts may not qualify for a federal income tax deduction.
You don't have to take our word for anything. Every debt we cancel will be posted on the ledger, every figure on this site shows its source and date, and mistakes are corrected in the open. Check us the way you would check any charity.
Our team page will list the people who run The Medical Bill and the experts who review our guides, with real names and credentials, as each one starts.
Once our first fiscal year is complete, we will link our filed financial statements here. We will only say a gift goes entirely to relief if our running costs are paid from separate, audited funds.
